A holistic movement and wellness practitioner blending strength, mobility, yoga, and recovery practices to support longevity in the body and help you feel truly vibrant.
In today’s fast-paced world, we often forget to prioritise ourselves, often creating patterns of tension, imbalance, and habits that affect our physical and emotional wellbeing. I focus on supporting the body as a whole, helping you move better, feel stronger, and build sustainable wellbeing,
When we neglect ourselves it makes itself known in issues like poor posture, lack of energy, stress, and weight gain all of which can gradually impact the body’s strength, resilience, and longevity over time.
I believe that through supportive lifestyle practices such as mindful movement, strength training, mobility work, self-care, proper nutrition, and recovery, individuals can better manage their health, improve the way they feel day to day, and enhance their overall quality of life.
There’s only one corner of the universe you can be certain of improving, and that’s your own self.

MOBILITY & STRENGTH COACHING
I offer a whole-body approach to movement coaching, focusing on strength, mobility and longevity to help your body move and feel better long term. We tailor to your goals, ensuring you’re getting the most from your sessions, and your body.
NUTRITION
There’s so much information in the world about what, when and how to eat to achieve your goals it can feel frustrating. That’s why I offer personalised nutrition plans to ensure you’ve got the energy to live your best life, and feel pleasure around food again.
YOGA
From personal 1-1 yoga sessions to group classes, together we’ll move with our breath and connect back to our bodies.
MASSAGE THERAPIES
From sports to hot stone treatment, holistic body therapy treatments will not only help you feel at peace, but will also amplify your efforts and well-being.

Based in Salisbury, Wiltshire
I began my career working in a hospital leisure center, helping patients referred by their doctors and physiotherapists after surgeries and medical conditions such as knee replacements.
My role was to guide them in incorporating physical activity into their recovery. While initially rewarding, I soon realised that the NHS framework limited the time I could spend with each client.
I provided them with the necessary exercises, but they were largely left to continue on their own—which, in my opinion, wasn’t enough.
True recovery and well-being require more than just exercise.
Clients need support with mobility, strength, and nutrition to achieve lasting results.
Alongside my work, I also practiced massage therapy and incorporated yoga-based stretching, which I found significantly improved my clients' pain relief and overall freedom of movement in daily life.
This holistic approach—blending movement, strength, recovery, and nutrition—became the foundation of my work.

Yes I do! I teach online Yoga, and can also support you virtually with nutrition and training. Within The Transformation program, I provide a combination of in-person and online support.
