My approach is rooted in holistic movement and longevity, blending mobility, strength, yoga, and recovery to support the body as a whole.
Rather than focusing solely on fitness, each session is designed to help you move with greater ease, build strength and resilience, relieve tension and pain, and support long-term wellbeing from the inside out.

Making real progress,
To keep you consistent, you'll also receive personalised home or gym workouts to follow between sessions.
Along the way, we’ll track your progress with measurements, provide accountability, and I’ll offer ongoing support to help you build healthier habits.
Together, we’ll also review your current lifestyle, making adjustments that support long-term health and well-being and as always, there is an option to add nutrition into any program.
